- All Free Shipping orders will be sent via Post Office Standard Delivery or Ground Service, at our discretion, which may take up to 14 days in transit, plus 1 to 2 days for order processing [not including Sundays]. If you need the order urgently, we suggest you upgrade to Priority Mail or FedEx Ground service.
- Free Shipping does not apply to orders placed by phone, mail, or fax.

- No rain checks or adjustments for items that are back ordered.
We want you be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not absolutely happy with your purchase we'll gladly refund the cost of item as long as it is shipped back to us within 7 days after you received the item. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Books, CDs and open packages of food, treats and vitamins are not refundable.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us prior to returning an item. we recommend you use a carrier that will insure your package and supplies tracking information. Please save the carrier receipt until you receive your refund.
